Account Deletion

To permanently delete your account and all associated data:

  1. Open ScentCast and go to Settings
  2. Sign in to your account
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account"
  4. Confirm deletion

Note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently erased from our servers within 30 days. If you purchased Premium, you will lose access and cannot receive a refund.

Note: We do not have direct access to refund requests. All refunds are handled by Apple. Approved refunds will result in loss of premium access.
